It’s been a week of arguments about solar energy. Not so much in the presidential campaign, but at the International Trade Commission in Washington. That’s where some U.S. companies are making the case that China is unfairly subsidizing its solar industry. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
