Russia's Pipeline May Impact Hawaii

An energy development in Asia this week may eventually have an impact here in Hawaii. Russia is expanding a major oil pipeline. At first, much of the energy is heading for Asia, but at some point, there’s a chance some of it may wind up in Hawaii. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.

KKUA 90.7 Maui is operating at half-power; 88.3 Hana is operating at low power due to a faulty antenna; a new antenna has been ordered. All other transmitters are operating normally.
