Pianist Jon Kimura Parker performs this Saturday and Sunday, May 19 & 20, at the NBC Concert Hall.  The program also includes Tan Dun’s “Internet Symphony #1”, and Mussorgsky’s colorful “Pictures at an Exhibition.”  The Hawai’i Symphony’s Pops concerts continue with Jimmy Borges May 31st, then Kenny Loggins Jne 10th at the Shell.   A July 4th spectacular is also planned at the Waikiki Shell.   Call or check http://hawaiisymphonyorchestra.org/concerts/ for information.  To purchase tickets for this performance please call 593-9468, or visit the box office at Hawai‘i Opera Plaza at 848 South Beretania, Suite 303.
