Early Walk-in Voting ended today … and the State Elections Office estimates close to 60 percent of all voters casting ballots will do so at precinct polling stations Saturday.   Meanwhile, the Republican Party of Hawaii … which has few contested Primary races … is now focusing on the General Election less than 90 days away.  HPR’s Wayne Yoshioka reports …
