Rebalancing U.S. Forces in Asia

A new report to Congress recommends military shifts that involve people and facilities in Hawaii. The Center for Strategic and International Studies sees a scenario that would add to the number of Marines in Hawaii … and could increase the number of naval vessels. But most of the report focuses on a shifting role for U.S. forces in the Asia Pacific. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
