For the last three years, the Hawai’i State Center for Nursing has been leading a project that uses the expertise of nurses to improve patient care. HPR’s Noe Tanigawa found the project is spinning off a number of other benefits as well.
Looking for a profession? Studies show there will be a serious shortage of nurses in the next decade. Nurses involved in the Evidence Based Practice Project will show posters explaining their work tonight at First Friday in Chinatown.
