Solar energy continues to increase its share of power generation in Hawaii although it’s still far outpaced by oil-burning electricity. A political decision this week in Washington may have some impact in Hawaii—and will have a definite effect in China. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
