Navy Ship Damages Philippine Reef, UNESCO World Heritage Site

A U.S. Navy ship that ran aground on a coral reef in the Philippines has sparked an international incident.  Philippine officials are showing increasing anger about the minesweeper that ran aground last week on a reef that’s part of a UN World Heritage site. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
