Multinational Military Exercises in South China Sea


The U.S. Pacific Command gets a new leader tomorrow. Admiral Samuel Locklear will take over from retiring Admiral Robert Willard in a ceremony at Camp Smith on Oahu. The Pacific Command stretches all the way to the western border of India … and includes a number of countries that hold joint military exercises with U.S. forces. The latest maneuvers to be announced involve the Philippines. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
