Bamboo Ridge Press was founded in 1978 to encourage the creation and appreciation of literary and visual arts in Hawai’i. HPR’s Noe Tanigawa spoke with Christy Passion, featured in their 100th issue, as celebrations of this benchmark collection kick off around Honolulu.

Bamboo RidgePress is launching its 100th issue this Sunday, 3pm at UH Art Auditorium. More events are in store, including readings in Hilo.
