In a little more than two months, leaders from the 21 economies of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum will gather in Honolulu. Smaller APEC events get underway later this month---including some on neighbor islaneds. Sherry Bracken spoke about APEC with Hawaii County Mayor Billy Kenoi, who says the opportunities go far beyond policy discussions about regional economies.
