It's crunch time for the budget in Hawaii County. The County Council's finance committee will spend today, Tuesday and Wednesday in Hilo analyzing the details. Sherry Bracken reports from Kona.

There will also be a special 8 am Hawaii County Council meeting today to support Mayor Kenoi's request for state and federal emergency tsunami relief.
