As families begin
preparations for Thanksgiving dinner, one Hawaiian tradition continues across
the islands. Tonight hundreds of turkeys will be placed in imus, where they will
roast in the underground ovens overnight ... with delicious results!

L. Reppun is the Executive Director of the nonprofit, The KEY Project, and is
hosting his 26th Thanksgiving Imu.
For Reppun, the collaborative effort and participation from the
community has been the true reward.
