ShareThis
Kaua’i’s Festival of Lights opens this Friday at the County Building in Lihu’e. The grounds and royal palms will also be lit, and HPR’s Noe Tanigawa reports the annual “Lights on Rice” parade will help kick off holiday festivities.

Kaua’i’s Festival of Lights begins with the lighting of the County Building and grounds from 6 to 6:30 this Friday, December 7th. After the opening, the “Lights on Rice” Street parade begins at Kalena street and runs to the County Building, where the festival continues Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, 6-8pm through Christmas eve.
