At StoryCorps recording booths across the country ordinary people share extraordinary stories with friends and loved ones.  In Honolulu, Moses Haia (Hi-yah)  talks to his friend, Carlos Andrade, about the process which led to him to discover what it means for him to be Hawaiian.

The Hawaii StoryCorps project is produced by Hawaii Public Radio with support from the Hawaii Council for the Humanities.
