Japan to Help with Tsunami Debris

Government officials in Japan are putting together a plan to help with the cleanup of debris from last year’s tsunami. Details are still being put together, but officials say they want to pay back the support they received from many areas—including Hawaii. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
