It’s the start of a new fiscal year in Japan … which traditionally marks a number of changes. One of the new additions this year concerns junior high schools. Starting this week, every junior high school in Japan must teach dance---and that’s had some interesting side effects. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
