Investors on Track to Buy All Honolulu's Affordable Housing

Honolulu officials are looking to sell the city owned low-income housing and they’ve found a buyer. A group of three people has created the Honolulu Affordable Housing Partners and is in final negotiations to purchase all of the city’s affordable housing units.
