Investigating China's Fatal Rail Crash

Authorities in China have released a long-awaited report on the crash of a bullet train in July. Forty people were killed and nearly 200 injured in the crash that may have a lingering impact on China’s plans to export high speed trains. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
