Next Tuesday, Governor Abercrombie will deliver his annual state of the state speech to the legislature. He’ll be hoping for a better reception than the chief executive of Hong Kong got this week when he delivered a similar policy address. HPR’s Bill Dorman explains in today’s Asia Minute.
