Hawaii Consumers Due Payment from Electronics Lawsuit

If you put some money into electronics a few years ago, you'll want to listen to this. You could be eligible for some money. Ten major electronics firms are settling a $1.1 billion class action lawsuit. The companies include Epson, Samsung and Toshiba. Hawaii consumers who bought flat screen TV's, computer monitors or laptops with LCD screens between 1999 and 2006 are eligible to file a claim.
Honolulu lawyer Steven Hisaka represented Hawaii in the national lawsuit and suspects that as many as 100,000 Hawaii consumers may be due for a payment.
