Groups Sue EPA over RIMPAC Ship Sinking

Military forces will send several massive war ships to the bottom of the ocean as part of this month’s RIMPAC war games. The exercise is called SINKEX and takes place off the shores of Hawai`i after a two year moratorium. Public health groups are suing the EPA for permitting the program.
