Governor Addresses Legislature on State of the State

The state’s Chief Executive delivered his annual State of the State address to a joint session of the legislature today.   As HPR’s Wayne Yoshioka reports, the Governor is proposing a long list of initiatives but provided little in terms of how to pay for them.
