The deadline for the state to initiate contracts for $1.8-billion dollars of Federal Stimulus funding is a little more than 2 months away. About half of the money has been obligated. State agencies are finalizing plans for the rest. The State Legislature's Oversight Commission conducted another hearing and heard about some innovative ways the money is being spent for the State's future energy plan. HPR's Wayne Yoshioka reports.
