East Asia’s New Deal for Investments

Three of Asia's most important economies are one step closer to an economic agreement that does not include the United States. China, Japan and South Korea have reached a preliminary deal on increasing investment among the three countries. HPR's Bill Dorman has more in today's Asia Minute.
