Most visitors to Venice recognize its unique charm, but today we can only imagine the tremendous glory of Venice at its height, when it was the intermediary for trade between Europe and Asia.  HPR’s Noe Tanigawa reports on an upcoming concert that celebrates Venetian music that influenced all of Europe going into the 17^th century. 

Early Music Hawai’i begins their concert season with Glorious Gabrieli, tomorrow, September 29^th , 7:30pm at St. Andrews Cathedral.   Check their website for tickets and information.
