County Council: Hunger Emergency on Hawaii Island

Hawaii County is donating $275,000 to the county's food bank.  It's a short-term response to a lingering problem.  But the county council chair also has some other ideas when it comes to fighting hunger on the island. From Kona, HPR's Sherry Bracken has more.
