Dan Grabauskas became the new executive director and CEO of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) on April 9, 2012. Mr. Grabauskas is the former chairman and senior strategic adviser of the Chicago-headquartered Bronner Center for Transportation Management.
