Gary Hooser is a Kauai council member and  former director of the office of environmental quality control. He spent eight years in the state senate and from 2006-2010 was majority leader. He'll be shaking his fist at the PLDC and what he sees as other shortchanges to the environment during the 2013 session and hopes you will too.
