Voters in favor of legal marijuana are higher than before

Pam Lichty is the President and Co-Founder of the Drug Policy Forum of Hawai`i (DPFH), a non-profit organization established in 1993 to encourage discussion and promote public education about current and alternative drug policies and related issues. She is also President of the Drug Policy Action Group, a board member of the Drug Policy Alliance, and she has served on the Board of Directors of the American Civil Liberties Union of Hawai`i since 1987.

Jazz that doesn't go South...

Abe Lagrimas is the drummer for The North, a jazz trio that includes Shawn Conley on bass and Romain Collin on piano. They’re playing Monday night at the Honolulu Art Museum.

Tianlong Jiao  PhD is Chairman of the Department of Anthropology at Bishop Museum. He is also an Affiliated Graduate Faculty at University of Hawaii and an adjunct chair professor at Xiamen University, China. He has directed or participated in more than thirty archaeological excavation projects in China since 1985. He has authored or co-authored six books and more than sixty research papers . The Neolithic of Southeast China  was the winner of the 2007 Philip and Eugenia Cho Award for Outstanding Scholarship in Asian Studies.
