Kirk Caldwell is a
Honolulu City and County mayoral candidate. In the Hannemann administration,
Kirk Caldwell was city manager and then became acting mayor when Mayor
Hannemann resigned to run for governor. He lost to Peter Carlisle in the
special election and now he wants the job back.
