China's Communist Party Congress by the Numbers


The U.S. presidential election is not the only important political development in the world this week. Today, China starts its Communist Party Congress—an event that takes place once every five years. The meeting results in a change in leadership once a decade. But who exactly takes part in China’s power politics?  HPR’s Bill Dorman has some answers in today’s Asia Minute.
