Biomimicry is the study of nature as a model for human design. It seeks sustainable solutions through nature’s time-tested strategies. HPR’s Noe Tanigawa spoke with a biomimicry expert on her way to a presentation on Maui.
Bryony Schwann of the Biomimicry Institute and Sam ‘Ohu Gon, of the Nature Conservancy of Hawai’I explore biomimicry and the richness of Hawai’I’s ecosystems and culture this Thursday night, 7pm at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center.
