More than half the state of Hawaii remains under drought conditions on this Monday morning. Dry weather on the mainland has already hit prices of corn and soybeans. And while Asia’s rice production remains strong, the price of rice may move higher later this year. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
