Hawaii is turning out to be a very popular test market for electric cars. And those looking for hybrid vehicles have a variety of choices around the islands. It was fifteen years ago that a Japanese company made the world’s first mass-produced hybrid vehicle. And now that same brand has passed another milestone. HPR’s Bill Dorman explains in today’s Asia Minute.
