This week, Japan's government is expanding its efforts to cut back on electricity use. It's part of the continuing struggle to recover from the March earthquake and tsunami that sparked the disaster at the Daiichi nuclear power plant. HPR's Bill Dorman reports in today's Asia Minute.

KKUA 90.7 Maui is operating at half-power; 88.3 Hana is operating at low power due to a faulty antenna; a new antenna has been ordered. All other transmitters are operating normally.
