Asia Expects 'Dragon' Babies to Boost Birth Rate

This weekend saw a number of celebrations around the state marking the Lunar New Year. Today is the official start of the Year of the Dragon. And across much of Asia, that means a baby boom. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
