•The Maui County Council yesterday heard a $44-million dollar plan to bring the water system up to date. The plan received a mixed reception. Council Chairman Danny Mateo said the presentation was slick and he hoped it wasn't all show and no go. For The Maui News, Ron Youngblood reports.
