APEC Plus a Year: Russia

When APEC leaders gathered in Honolulu a year ago, Russia’s economy was the fifth largest in the group. Today, it’s the fourth-largest---overtaking Canada in terms of the size of its economy. And as HPR’s Bill Dorman reports, that’s just one of the changes since the APEC meetings.
