Big Island Drug Court Celebrates Graduations

This week, three more clients graduated from the Big Island Drug Court. Nearly 140 people have successfully completed the program during its 10-year history. From Hawaii Island, HPR's Sherry Bracken tells us how the program uses a team approach to stop crimes that result from substance abuse and helps rehabilitate offenders.
