Between 12 and 15,000 people are homeless at any given time
in Hawai’i. The state legislature is proposing a number of bills this
session that attempt to ease the situation on all islands…especially for Native

Tuition increases at all 10 campuses of the University of
Hawaii System are scheduled to bring in about 50-million dollars more over the
next 4 years. But … as HPR’s Wayne Yoshioka reports … UH

More than 1,200 people signed up to testify at the Capitol
yesterday on a House Bill that would require the labeling of food containing
genetically engineered materials. As HPR’s Wayne Yoshioka reports
