The state hospital system is moving to the next generation of patient care by implementing a new medical records system statewide.  They'll start testing the system next week in Kona.  From the Big Island, HPR's Sherry Bracken reports.

The Hawaii County elections office has been the subject of public controversy and concern for months.  On Primary Day, those concerns came to a head when Hawaii Island polls opened late and statewide election results were delayed.

The issues should come to light this morning at a county council meeting with the Hawaii County Clerk, Jamae Kawauchi.
