The Airborne Toxic Event is headed to Hawai`i… The California group is known for orchestral arrangements and instruments unconventional for rock, including a viola. Their biggest hit so far is the 2009 cross-format smash Sometime Around Midnight.
Stage and screen legend Ben Vereen is returning to Hawai`i for a series of five concerts on four islands, plus a series of speaking engagements at schools and other stops in the community. He called HPR’s Dave Lawrence ahead of his trip… and talked about the new show he'll be rehearsing in the islands, Tenacity.
