Hawaii has just wrapped up its role hosting the Rim of the Pacific military exercises. The drills involved 22 countries, forty ships, half a dozen submarines and more than 200 aircraft. One country not involved in the event: China. But that hasn’t prevented the country from offering official commentary. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
